The latest product to emerge in the popular AktiMate line of speakers is the Micro. Designed primarily with the desktop market in mind, this active speaker system has everything you need to make those hours in front of a computer screen all the more enjoyable. With the signature AktiMate iPod dock elegantly concealed in the top of the active speaker, along with a 3.5 mm jack input for those who like to be able to use an alternate type of MP3 or MP4 player, plus a USB connection to link directly to the PC, the AktiMate Micro meets every demand.

Connect to all three inputs simultaneously if you want - there is an input selector on the front panel to enable you to switch from one to the other with ease. Your iPod or iPhone will charge while it is resting in the dock, even if it is not playing.

The amplifier used in the Micro is a powerful one and the speaker units themselves have been chosen to ideally suit the amplifier. The woofer has been developed specifically for this speaker and is an AktiMate design.

The power switch is situated on the back of the speaker and a stylish blue LED lights above the volume control when the speaker is on.
